Welcome!

Year after year, Home improvement contractors top the list of consumer complaints released by the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators (NACAA) and Consumer Federation of America (CFA) in their annual consumer complaint survey.

The National Residential Improvement Association hopes to reverse this trend by offering consumers peace-of-mind thru information, education and a network of pre-screened, highly qualified contractors who meet or exceed certain industry standards based on recommendations published by the Federal Trade Commission and consumer protection agencies.

On this website, you’ll find numerous links to helpful information that will help you become a more educated consumer and enable you to select a contractor in your area with confidence.

Also, you will learn about numerous government sponsored home improvement grants, loan programs and tax credits that most consumers have never even heard of.

When you are ready to learn more about all of the programs you may qualify for, click the Application Form link on your left, fill in the brief questionnaire, and we’ll try to help you determine what programs you may qualify for. We’ll also try to point you in the right direction to get the whole process started.

If you need help, or wish to speak to one of our representatives, call (877) 591-2672 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.
